Terms of Service

Payment

• Payment is accepted via Paypal only. A 50% non-refundable deposit  is required to add your name to the queue as I take clients on a first come, first served basis. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay by credit card.
• Once the final design is agreed upon, the remaining balance will need to be paid before installation can begin.

Refunds

• Due to the nature of this work I cannot issue any refunds. Please send me an email for a quote and make sure that you would like to proceed with your design before you make a payment.

Communication

• Once you receive your quote and I have received your deposit, I will send you an email to let you know that I have begun work on your design. Please ensure that you are available via email/skype during this time. I need to get your feedback to ensure you are happy with your design. If contact is not made within a 72 hour period I will move your project to the end of the waitlist.  Please ensure that you respond promptly to any questions/emails to ensure that your design is completed by the estimated date.

Privacy

• Monique B Designs may require the use of your username and password of your blog, this information is kept secure and confidential. You may change your username and password after installation if you wish.

Back-up

• It is advised that you perform a back-up of your blog before the installation of your new design. Monique B Designs is not responsible for any data that may be lost during installation.

Revisions

• Designs include up to 3 revisions. Please ensure that you include all revisions in one email to ensure that all changes are included in the design. Additional revisions can be made at a rate of $50 per hour.

Stock Photos

• Stock photos are a great way to update your blog design. Photos can be purchased from either Deposit Photos, Shutterstock or Istock. Stock images are not included in the price of the design package and will be included in your final invoice. It is your responsibility to comply with license or photography copyrights.
• Monique B Designs is not liable for any photos or design elements that you provide.

Support

• After the installation of your design, I can provide email support for 2 weeks. Additional support can be purchased at a rate of $50 per hour.

Copyright

• Monique B Designs retains the copyright to your blog or website design. You may not change the design in whole/part without the written consent of Monique B Designs. The design cannot be altered, copied, and/or sold and can only be used on the site specified at the time of order.
• If you would like to make a change to your design, please contact me.
• As long as the design is on your site, Monique B Designs requires that you keep a link to our site in your footer. Removal of this link violates our copyright terms.

You are free to change the layout and widgets on your site, but the actual image files cannot be altered.

Portfolio

• Monique B Designs reserves the right to use your design in our portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise stated during the design process.

By submitting your payment to Fantastique Designs, you are agreeing to our terms of service listed here,  even if you have not read them.
